Flora presents a poster at NSS Conference

Flora Jiaxuan Xu presented her poster titled 'Connection to Nature (CTN): A Review to Clarify Definitions, Measures, and Implementation for Sustainability' at the National Sustainability Society (NSS) Inaugural Conference in Seattle. The poster, developed in collaboration with her co-advisor, Professor Nicole Ardoin from the Environmental Social Sciences Department, explores the pathways and benefits of people's connectedness with nature from an environmental psychology perspective. It provides theoretical foundations for Flora’s work in potential applications of CTN in sustainable building design.
