Prof. Billington holds fireside chat with Jeanne Gang

 

Sarah joined Jeanne Gang, founding partner of the award winning architecture and urban design practice Studio Gang, for a conversation as part of the Doerr School’s Big Ideas in Sustainability series. Topics covered included architecture as a “catalytic force” for sustainability, bringing new life to old buildings, and working with communities to rebuild sustainably after a disaster. Gang also shared her vision for the Sustainability Commons her studio is designing for the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability.
