New paper on nature and belonging

In our latest paper in the journal Building & Environment titled “A study of the role of indoor nature on solidarity and group identity during remote work,” co-authors Eva Bianchi, Laura Bloomfield, Lucy Bencharit, Basma Altaf, Nik Sawe, Elizabeth Murnane, James Landay, and Sarah Billington examine the role of indoor natural elements in home offices on worker solidarity and group identity. The study is an initial step towards developing dose-response relationships between access to nature and increased sense of belonging at work.
